This 1 day practical assessment session will allow assessors to observe you safely working with split-system air conditioning systems, including ducted systems, of up to 24 kilowatts and dismantle, clean, identify and treat corrosion in, and reassemble these systems.
Following the practical session, students will be required to complete a Logbook. This forms part of their assessment and requires the student to record details of practical activities they have completed to develop their knowledge and skills.
Projects will also be completed for the BSB units included in this qualification during this time.
The final component is where students will be required to complete their practical assessments in a face to face setting. The assessor will observe practical assessments in person.
